Munadi AI Solutions is a software design and consulting practice registered in Dubai's IFZA Freezone, operating from Dubai Silicon Oasis.
We started Munadi in 2025 with a simple conviction: most businesses do not need another shiny tool. They need software that pulls its weight, survives contact with reality, and fits the way people actually work.
Our work spans three areas: building custom software, advising on AI strategy, and helping organizations design processes that don't fight their people.
Founded by Max Pfeiffer
Max is an AI engineer based in Dubai, originally from Germany. Before starting Munadi, he built AI systems, digital infrastructure, and open-source developer tools.
He founded Munadi to do focused work — the kind that takes time to get right and doesn't scale through headcount. We're a small team by choice, not by circumstance. Every project gets direct attention from the people building it.
What drives us
We build real products for real people. The AI industry has a surplus of demos and a shortage of things that actually work in production. We'd rather ship something useful than pitch something impressive.
That means saying no to projects where we can't deliver real value. It means being honest when a simpler solution exists. And it means building our own products alongside client work — because the best way to understand what businesses need is to run one.
